Crusty Goodness

The crust on this lovely little boule from my local market is so deliciously crisp that the roof of my mouth is begging for mercy. So far, one piece with some lovely, fresh butter. Next, this one with the creamy, sweet goodness of Belle Chevre Belle and the Bee goat cheese. It isn't always easy to find, but it is well worth looking for.  Think super creamy cream cheese, touch of goat cheese tang, with a hint of sweet Tupelo honey.
