A day with the flowers

One day each year, the huge Van Wingerden Nursery opens its greenhouse doors to the public.  They have 37 acres of Poinsettias in full, audacious bloom ready to be shipped out all over the country. There are also acres and acres of brilliant cyclamen as well as the simple, yet lovely ornamental sweet potato plants.  It is a glorious site to see.  Happy Thanksgiving!
